Fitness Assessment

Your Key to a Total Fitness Solution: The Fitness Assessment is a one hour session with a our Personal Trainer where you will:

  • Determine the calorie level you need to achieve your body weight and fitness goals with a calculation of your Resting Metabolic Rate. No weight loss plan should begin without it!
  • Find out your body composition and measurements so you have a benchmark from which to work
  • Assess your flexibility, cardiovascular and muscular performance
  • Sample a dynamic workout with a Personal Trainer followed by a partner-assisted stretch

A Fitness Assessment is free when you join us or with the purchase of a Personal Training package, or it can be purchased separately.
