Instructor-Led Live Group Classes: Group classes are groups of people working out, enjoying physical fitness and having a lot of fun with a certified instructor. Aerobics has come a long way and we offer all the old-time favorites along with the latest trends and cutting edge options including Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Kickboxing, Belly Dancing, Setp, and Power Pump.

Life Vision Classes: Butterfly Life brings our advisors directly to you through Life Vision, a unique and innovative delivery system that provides women with world-class information on healthy living solutions. We know you’re interested in learning about nutrition, fitness, psychology, health and beauty from leaders in each of these disciplines. That’s why our Butterfly Life womens fitness center is equipped with Life Vision and a 65” monitor that gets you up close and personal with our advisors.

Through Life Vision, you can tune into 20-minute seminars and lectures that outline simple steps to achieving a balanced life – along with intelligent, results-driven solutions for weight management. In concert with one another, the Butterfly Life advisors have developed a contemporary and comprehensive program that is simple to follow and provides the inspiration and motivation you need to exercise your mind, body and spirit.
