Weight Loss & Diet program concentrates on fitness, nutrition and weight loss.

Weight Loss & Diet classes take place in a group setting, so members can share their food recipes, weight loss secrets, support and encouragement with one another.

Weight Loss & Diet program is an excellent way to learn about the benefits of cardiovascular and resistance training; plus exactly how food and calorie intake adjustments can lead to permanent weight loss. (See weight loss testimonials)

Additionally, we will provide a perspective on the psychology behind both the positive and negative behaviors affecting a healthy lifestyle. Weight Loss & Diet program can help you lose a dress size or up to 10 pounds in 30 days. *Calorie Watchers classes are scheduled and sign up is necessary. Please check our schedule.
