What is personal training?
Personal Training (also known as PT) is designed specially for Women to get you fit faster. your personal trainer will walk you through cardio, flexibility, abdominal, and upper and lower body resistance workouts. And because the program is based on the 5 components of fitness, you also get nutrition adviceit's a program that doesn't just make you look better – you'll feel better.
How does personal training work?
Your trainer begins by identifying your goals and creating a personalized fitness plan. then, in 60-minute one-on-one sessions, you'll learn the combinations of exercises best suited for you, the proper amount of weight and reps, how much time to rest between sets, and how to avoid injury. You'll get the best results from every workout and make significant progress towards your goals.
